To live a life without anxiety does not mean to eliminate Nature’s ability to warn us that something dangerous and unexpected is about to get us.

Special ops troops, extreme athletes, surgeons, and firemen are trained for these situations and move into peak performance mode when the unexpected happen. The rest of us, not so much.

What is important is that we don’t live a life that continuously expects the unpredictable chaos to get us. Most of the time, despite our worries, the worst doesn’t happen. Most of the time we work through the impending disasters and find excellent solutions.
